I created Happiness Hives BECAUSE...You have to get up early, you have to take care of your responsibilities, you have to be honest with yourself, you have to evaluate your priorities. Nobody is going to do it for you. These are your goals and your dreams. Everything you want starts and ends with you. I can't do it for you, but I can provide you with a daily live Morning Routine giving you support and accountability. (plus happy dancing, smiles and lots of love!)

How Your Morning Hive Works
FIRST...you sign-up with a monthly membership (make a six month commitment to yourself to get results). NEXT...you choose your Hive Time (5:30am, 6:00am, 7:30am, or 8:00am). FINALLY...you click on the Zoom link at a minute or two before start time in the morning and you share your smile (or sometimes tears) with your Hive!

Cure Negative Self-Talk
Dr. Mark Hyman says that negative self-talk produces physiological stress in the body and raises cortisol, among other things. So not only can we feel happier and mentally lighter when we retrain the brain towards love and acceptance, we are creating better whole-body health at the same time.
Hal Elrod says you can use affirmations to start programming yourself to be healthier, happier, more confident and successful simply by repeatedly telling yourself who you want to be, what you want to accomplish and how you are going to accomplish it. With enough repetition, your sub-conscious mind will begin to believe what you tell it, act upon it, and eventually manifest it into your reality.
Daily Intention Meditation
In 10-minutes a day you harness the miraculous energies of your small group hive to heal others, your life, and the world.
Lynne McTaggart in her book "The Power of Eight" explains that when individuals in a group focus their intention together on a single target, a powerful collective dynamic emerges that can heal long-standing conditions, mend fractured relationships, reduce violence, and even rekindle a sense of purpose in one's life.
But the greatest discovery of McTaggart's experiments is that group intention has a reciprocal "mirror effect," not only transforming the recipient but also reflecting back on the senders.
